Lottery ends with more than 1000 request for tickets

With a reduced event capacity due to Covid 19, our ticket lottery allowed 250 people each week to see and enjoy our abbreviated 2020 concert season.  The final show on September 30th featured local music icon Jim Stafford and friends.  In addition to Jim, Elizabeth Roth and Walt Kulwicki of Those Guys also marked their 18th straight appearance at Music by the Sea.

New Lease for SABCA and Non-Profit Coalition

Thank you Mayor England, Commissioners Samora and Rumrell

Nearly 15 years ago, the Civic Association renovated the old Police Garage at Pier Park.  The work was done by volunteers and all materials were bought and paid for by SABCA.  Had two Commissioners gotten their way, SABCA and the other non-profits using the garage for storage would have been kicked out.  Thanks to Mayor Margaret England and Commissioners Don Samora and Dylan Rumrell, the good work will continue as we now have a new three year lease.

We have used the building to serve the community with free Wifi at Pier Park, storing supplies and production items for Music by the Sea, Beach Clean Up, and Surf Illumination.  We support other non-profits who use the building for community good.  Currently, The Art Studio, Friends of Historic Scenic A1A Byway and the local Bocce Ball League all utilize space in the building.  This vote was very important for us and the good of the community.  Please thank these Commissioners for their support

Thank You, Sponsors

Our concerts are made possible by a small grant from the St Johns County TDC and our sponsors!  A big thank you to Dave Hinton of Longstreet Auto who is back for the 6th consecutive season! Pure Barre offers people a unique, ; low impact fitness program that will help you transform your body, allowing you to live your best life! Gaye Jones of Annie-Mac Home Mortgage returns as a partner for the 3rd season! If you need to refinance or are buying a new home, please remember Annie-Mac Mortgage! Joining us for the 2nd year is Angela Joy & Co, a hair salon, we'd also like to welcome Atlantic Self Storage to our family of sponsors! Atlantic Self Storage has a brand-new facility at the corner of SR 312 and A1A South.  And finally a shout out to our friends at The Bailey Group, who again stepped up to help us keep the music playing
